Mühlbauer's LP 5570 laminating system is perfectly suited for complex card designs, such as high-security cards. It is designed for laminating pre-laminated cards, plastic cards, smart cards and contactless cards. The system meets the latest requirements in terms of cost-effectiveness, sustainability and quality of both product and process. All important process parameters such as temperature, pressure and cycle time are continuously monitored and individually controlled. These features enable all common card materials such as ABS, PVC PC, PET, PETG, PS, PE and PP to be laminated under optimum conditions. Optional features include weight compensation and a vacuum chamber for the hot press, allowing more complex cards to be laminated. The LP 5570 can be configured with four, six or eight openings, and each system can accommodate between six and twelve layers per opening, depending on the production material. KEY FEATURES Automatic full-size sheet laminating system Suitable for complex card constructions, such as ID cards and other high-security cards Available with single or double stacking Fully modular system design Wide range of programmable process parameters Intuitive human interface ensures simple and efficient system and process operation Optimized energy management system for environmentally friendly and cost-saving operation Uniquely designed heating plates for …

LEMORAU MEBR+ Modular Digital Finishing Machine. Lemorau MEBR+ is a digital finishing machine built in a modular concept where it can be added modules according to customer needs. MEBR+ runs in full rotary and semi-rotary mode. Semi-rotary for short runs and full rotary for high speed longer runs. The registration tolerance is maintained during acceleration, deceleration and production time due to the latest servo technology. Lemorau MEBR+ is equipped with servo-driven compensator system which provides superior web tension control when the machine is running in semi-rotary mode. Standard Features // Maximum rotary speed 200 m/min (656 ft/min.) – Blank labels // Maximum rotary speed 120 m/min (394 ft/min.) – Die cutting to register // Maximum semi-rotary speed 40 m/min (131 ft/min.) dependent on plate size – Die cutting to register // Web width 250, 330, 400 mm (10, 13, 16 in) // Electronic Counter (Labels/ Meters/ Rolls counter/ Total meters and labels Counter) // Adjustable splice table with pneumatic clamps // Electronic web guide system with ultrasonic sensor which enables guiding of opaque and clear materials // Automatic web tension control system by servo motors – Constant and Taper tension // 250 Job memory for easy and quick job set …
